15 Day Money Back Guarantee

Within 15 days of receiving your Otter Creek Candle products, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, just mail them back in the original packaging to the return address on the package.  There will be a 50% restocking fee for all returns.  The client is also responsible for freight charges to return the product.  Credit will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.  All return products must be requested within 15 days of receipt.
